Motivation to Work
"How can i Build up Motivation at Work and Stress Less?"
In this world full of consciousness about the booming economic growth, one might wonder what does it take to have a fulfilling careers and growth at the same time. Careers are what define us…they might be a hit or miss in this point in our lives when one searches for growth and stability. Yes, there is a proper way of defining from within ourselves, what does it take to be a powerful figure in this industry, filled with zeal, enthusiasm and positivity.

Motivation is defined as the state of being motivated. It is defined as either intrinsic or extrinsic. Intrinsic is when people engage in an activity without obvious internal incentives and it is defined as external when it comes from outside of the performer, such as rewards and incentives…something that is equal to physical merits and achievements.
Stress on the other hand is the force, or combination of forces which produces a strain, force exerted in any direction or manner between contiguous bodies or parts of bodies and taking specific names according to its direction, or mode of action, as thrust or pressure, pull or tension, shear or tangible stress.
There are two types of stresses... they are the internal and external …internal is when the stress is coming from the person itself such as meeting the deadline for an unfinished work or a project or the amount of time left to finish a project and there is also external stress wherein the stress is coming from external factors such as your boss, the schedule that you really don’t prefer or the lack of appropriate atmosphere in your environment, like too much noise in your workplace or the lack of coworkers who can give motivation to work to you.
There are two important factors in achieving career growth among young professionals. Also, one must recognize that in order to achieve efficiency and growth, one must define what really makes them productive. Is the work fulfilling for you?, is your line of business something that is easier for you to do? Or that you are passionate about? Next, you must also determine if the income that you’re earning is sufficient enough to be a compensation for something that you love to do.
Passion should be of utmost importance, remember that slogan in some small scale industries saying “ Customer Service is our Passion. “…this is usually the case in every organization. One must determine that an employee or a person who is a part of the institution should have a burning enthusiasm for helping and that no matter how difficult the hindrances may be, there should always be a motivation to be of service.
Motivation and determining your stress can be confusing at one point since they are two opposing forces, But the fulfillment of any dream to succeed in every institution should come from a person’s drive to fulfillment and growth. One must often realize that even without extrinsic motivation, there must be a commitment to perform your duties well. Efficiency plus time is equal to productivity as they say…a time well spent is a time of positive outcomes.

Stresses on the other hand should all be internal, since they are easily managed and organized. There is a way that an individual can convert all external stresses to internal stresses…they should always be tantamount to growth. Self-reliance is a key point in this scenario, one should always remember that the fastest way to do things right is to free yourself from negative influences and just do your job well, meet deadlines and reward yourself for every effort crowned with success.
We must always remember that a happy and successful life begins and ends with us as the primary motivators of ourselves toward self-development. And that we must be happy for what we have, while working for what we want. Before we end this artice, I would like to end this by asking young professionals this question…Is your work fulfilling for you that you aren’t able to recognize stress and all that you feel is a positive viewpoint?
